Patient Participation Group

complete the formThank you very much for all the patients who volunteered to join our patient participation group.

At the practice, we felt it would be more benificial to our surgery, if we could meet face to face with our patients and have a patient participation group..

We will still be asking members of the patient participation group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.

We still need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.  But we do appreciate, that not everybody can attend during the day.

Our next meeting will be held on  Tuesday 21st April 2020 at 1.30pm

Minutes 16 January 2019

Please also find below a copy of our Practice Survey Report.  We hope you will find it interesting reading.  If you have any comments to make, positive or negative, please let us know!
