Mind The Gap Campaign

We are proud to support the aims of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter and are committed to continuously improving our employment practices across all characteristics of good employment, including fair pay, flexible working, employee wellbeing and development opportunities.

The practice continues to offer telephone consultations, e-consultations, video consultations and face-to-face appointments.

We hope to use our surgery website as a way of presenting all our patients with an up-to-date resource for all information relating to our practice. We will keep it current with any news, developments and details that are relevant to the practice and our patients.

As well as a source of information about our Practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you use the website as a useful resource with links to other reliable websites for health-related information. If there is topical health information, we will also add this to the website.

Have a look around our website, and please do send us some feedback. We can use your thoughts to improve our online services and further develop the website to make it a more useful, practical application for our patients.

We have also included our Privacy Statement above. In order to provide for your care, we need to collect and keep information about you and your health in our records. The privacy statement explains how we do this in greater detail.

We belong to a Primary Care Network. A primary care network consists of a group of general practices working together with a range of local providers across primary care, community services, social care and the voluntary sector. We aim to offer more personalised, coordinated health and social care to the local population. You can find out more on the NHS England website at www.england.nhs.uk/pcn

We welcome your comments about the service we provide. Please complete our Friend and Family test, which is located under the 'Have Your Say' section.

If you would like to take part in our patient participation group, please contact the practice by telephone or email.
