Out of Hours

The surgery is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays
When the surgery is closed, out of hours calls are dealt with by NHS111. Telephone 111 and you will be directed to the most appropriate medical service for your health needs. 

Home Visits
Requests for home visits should be made before 10am If you need to speak to a doctor telephone in the morning before 11.00am

Monday morning is now book on the day appointments  Please telephone the surgery at 8.00am or call in to book an appointment for later that morning.

Friday morning is now book on the day appointments 

Please telephone on Friday for an appointment or call into the surgery.  You may be offered an appointment later in the mo

Please allow 48 hours, and after 4.00pm excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

 

Online Prescriptions

We now have a new website to order your repeat prescriptions, it is the same website that you can book or cancel appointments and also view some of your medical record.

in order to access the website, you need to register for the service.  Please call into reception for a registration form.  We will also require photo I.D. to verify your identity.  Once the registration form has been completed and your identtiy verified, you will be issued with a registration token.

This registration token will have details on how to register on the website and the information that is required.
